What is Buddha?

Buddha is the original good nature within us.
We all have the Buddha in us.
we are not aware of it
because of the delusion we have had
in identify ourselves with our body
and not with our mind
that is right in us.
the mind in us
which is different from the brain,
is the Buddha within.
the brain is not the mind
because the brain
is actually a part of the body.
what is not the body
is the mind;
what is the mind
is not the body.
that part of you
or your body
that you don't mind
is the mind.

What is Dharma?

Dharma is the Law,
the law of nature
the law of the Truth;
the law that governs
the workings of our body;
therefore,
Dharma is seen within us;
when we focus in
look at our body
we see the Dharma;
when we see the Dharma
we see the Buddha within too.

What is Sangha?

Sangha is the community or group of people
who share the same belief and faith
in the Buddha within
and have respect for each other
for the Buddha
we carry in us,
and willingly allow the Dharma
to guide us
in the way we live
and are willing and commit to
support each other
within the Sangha
in the right attempt to
get rid of the suffering from life.

Des Dharma Center
Look at the Sunset
at the beach
and imagine
you are the sea,
cool and calm,
and let all the suffering
you have in you
be dissolved
in the vastness
of the water of the Sea.
May the merits
you have saved in your life
effect this positive change in you,
and may your life
from now on
have much less suffering
than before..........
together we pray
to Buddha within,
together we bow
to the Dharma
to guide us,
together we pledge
to be the Sangha.
with much metta,
deep bows,
